Bellring stores the account and training data needed to run workouts, show history, manage subscriptions, and provide support.

Data We Process

We may process account details, workout history, plan progress, support messages, subscription status, and optional diagnostics such as app version, build number, iOS version, device model, and user ID.

Why We Process Data

We use this data to provide the app, sync training state, restore subscription access, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

Apple Health

When you grant permission, Bellring writes completed workouts and estimated active calories to Apple Health. Body weight used for calorie estimates is stored locally in the app.

Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bellring receives subscription status needed to unlock Pro features, but does not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics

The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or similar privacy-focused aggregate analytics. Bellring does not use website analytics to identify individual visitors.

Support

Support messages are sent to [email protected]. If diagnostics are included, they are used only to understand and resolve the reported issue.

Data Retention

We keep account, training, and support data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain app security.

Your Choices

You can disable Apple Health access in iOS settings. You can request account or data deletion by contacting [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
