Bellring stores account and training data needed to run workouts, show history, manage subscriptions, and provide support.

Data We Process

Account details, workout history, plan progress, support messages, subscription status, and optional diagnostics such as app version, iOS version, device model, and user ID.

Apple Health

When you grant permission, Bellring writes completed workouts and estimated active calories to Apple Health. Body weight used for calorie estimates is stored locally in the app.

Support

Support messages are sent to support@bellring.app. If diagnostics are included, they are used only to understand and resolve the reported issue.
