Bellring Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or check renewal status, open Apple ID settings, choose Subscriptions, then Bellring. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If the EMOM timer, audio cues, Lock Screen, or Dynamic Island updates do not behave as expected, restart the app and check that notifications and Live Activities are allowed for Bellring in iOS Settings.
Choose a kettlebell weight you can control safely. Stop training if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe fatigue, and ask a qualified professional if you are unsure whether kettlebell training is appropriate for you.
